In Fiji the book is now available from the shop, “Aladdin’s Cave” in Palm Court, Queensland Insurance Arcade, opposite Sukuna Park, OR from Tadra Flowers at the end of Desvouex Road, opposite Nahina Apartments on McGregor Road. Both outlets are based in the CBD, Suva City.
Standard Edition at Blurb names a common trade book quality print.
But as the book contains a lot of beautiful pictures and we wanted it to be really shiny, there is also a premium print on high quality photo book paper.
There is an eBook as well.

I would love to lay my hands on this book. I’ve browsed through a few pages of the preview and loved the recipes similar to how granma used to prepare the lolo buns and cassava recipes.
The jokes and stories of the past bring back memories of my childhood days growing up in the sugar towns on both main islands. I like the way local sayings and expressions are used throughout the book.
I will be in Fiji in late February and will definitely be buying myself a copy.
